Meet Our Instructor

Chuck Ketchum is our Lead instructor and a Service technician with 24 years experience in the multi family industry right here in Omaha.  He has worked portfolios such as Conventional, Income based, Tax Credit and Military Privatized housing.  Before becoming a service tech, Chuck was a member of the United States Air Force stationed at Offutt AFB.  His approach about teaching is a “Pay it Forward” style by passing on what he knows to those who want to learn.

Steihl Reeves, our Outreach Director joined the AAN/NMA in September 2022.  He has a background in education and mental health rehabilitation.  Before joining the NMA team, Steihl taught day rehabilitation classes at an integrated heal care organization that offered a whole-person approach. He takes this approach into education recruitment to help offer skills and support in the multi family industry.
