The Leasing Professional program was created to assist the multifamily housing industry by providing vocational training to fill key leasing roles in the state of Nebraska. Our mission is to offer training to any individual who desires a meaningful career. Through our industry partners, the LPP strives to offer training and career resources, at no or little cost to the students.
The program is designed for class room education and the use of existing model units to refine skills.

Classes run Monday-Friday from 12:00 PM-5:00 PM. The 2025 Class cohorts will be announced soon! Contact us for more information!
Attendance is vital in this fast-paced program. Anyone missing more than 1-day will not be able to complete the program.
Each topic covered will have a hands-on, scenario based quiz along with a written test. Any score below a 60% will need to be submitted for a retest. Students will be given 2 attempts to retake tests. Scores will be recorded as pass or fail
